Returns 

As our products are live bees we cannot accept any returns of these. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be able to help.

Delivery

We use both DPD and Royal Mail. 

- DPD Next Day is used for hardware (hives, frames and foundation
- Royal Mail Pre-1:00pm Special Delivery is used for Live Queens

We can ship to all locations in the British Isles in including Wales, Scotland, England but can't ship to Northern Ireland due to the new Windsor Framework.
