Bee Brothers Raw Honey

Honey from our own hives, extracted one apiary at a time.

We don't blend our honey. The honey boxes from each apiary are extracted in order, so each jar is the crop of a single apiary and you can taste the difference between them. The honey changes through the season too, so a jar from spring won't taste the same as one from late summer.

• Never blended: every batch comes from one apiary.
• Small batches: extracted in the order the supers come off the hives.
• Never heated above 40°C, to protect the natural enzymes in the honey.
• Changes with the season: the colour and flavour follow whatever the bees are foraging on.

• 454g jar: 1, 2 or 3 jars
• 250g jar: 1, 2 or 3 jars
• Mixed pack of 2 jars: 1 x 454g and 1 x 250g
• Mixed pack of 3 jars: 2 x 250g and 1 x 454g

Good to know

Because it isn't heated, the honey may set or crystallise over time. That's natural. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm water (below 40°C) for a while.

Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Not suitable for babies under 12 months.
